The most important quality, that one should posses to conquer the world. Just learning of concepts and theories doesn’t mean the person is educated and knowledgeable. One should be able to lead the manage the crowd, able to take right decisions at the right time, responsible of all the decisions and actions of the group, should be a representative of the group in ideas, most be one among the group, friendly, sharing, positive mental attitude these are the qualities that a perfect leader must possess. Leader simply means

E- Enthusiastic
A-Attitude
D-Develop
E- Experience
R-ResponsibleLeader should not only lead the group, must walk along the group!
